Mt. St. Helens with Orion, Bonnie, and Jesse

Orion and Bonnie shared their interest to go flying a while back, so we finally made it happen.  Jesse was a last minute addition who we all gladly took along for the journey.  The flight took an hour and some from Troutdale, to Mt. St. Helens, and back.  Orion even got to take the controls for a while and feel out how it is to fly.  We got over 10,000 feet up and flew over Mt. St. Helens taking it all in around us.  The snow was mostly melted off the mountain which made it quite different looking than flights from before which had it covered.  The trip was followed up with drinks and food over at Nuestra Cocina off Division.  Tasty food, strong drinks, and excellent company.  Good times.
