Thar She Blows!!!
Okay – the wind wasn’t this strong – but close to it!
The wind was so strong during this flight that it made landings very difficult and a lot of fun. I had to do a lot of crabbing into the wind to get angled correctly for flying around the pattern. Something that came quite naturally after flying for so long. I was quite happy about that. This was the most number of landings I had done since over a year of flying, and it was in some very strong wind. I was up to the challenge however and my instructor had fun with me.
Great flight.
