C’est La Vie
I’m kinda upset cause I wanna go flying. I haven’t been able to fly for over a week and I’m getting so close to going on solo that I just want to keep on flying. I know a lot of it has to due with the fact that the weather has been miserable. I’ve also had a difficult time scheduling a flight with other instructors since mine is gone this weekend and on the 6th will be gone for 10 days overseas in the UK.
Scheduling is just so difficult at times. Before this last Friday, I was on a pretty constant three days a week of flying (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday). However with the weather getting worse, the time change making it get dark earlier, and instructors having a life of their own, it is getting frustrating.
Not that this is my instructors fault, just bad timing, but that is what I get for planning to learn to fly during the Oregon fall.
Oh well, I’ll manage and will just fly when I get to fly next. Weather do me some good and get better so that I can get out there and fly! My plan is to solo before James leaves, but I do not think that’ll be happening. C’est la vie.
